“PRORELISHER,A MULTIPURPOSE SNACKS BASE”
Protein, not long ago, the word would likely have conjured an image of thick steak. But in this fat and cholesterol conscious times, informed eaters are learning that proteins comes in varied form. The coming age of vegetarian cookery, coupled with ongoing passion for ethnic cuisines, has stretched the definition of protein sources.
Whole grains, legumes, soy products and nuts and seeds are primary protein sources in a plant-based-diet. The benefits of plant-based-diets are numerous and include: weight control: It’s hard to get fat, or stay fat, on this diet. Grains, legumes and soy foods are bulky and filling, yet contain virtually litte or no fat. They provide a feeling of fullness that keeps the body fuelled and satisfied for hours. Plant based proteins sources are high in fibre and low in fat. In numerous studies high fibre, low fats diets have consistently been shown to lower the risk of heart disease and rates of certain cancers such as those of the colon, breast and prostate. In addition, this type of diet is believed to reduce the risk of diabetes, haemorrhoids and colitis. It’s hard to match the economic value of bulk grains and legumes supplemented, fresh produce carefully chosen in season. Even a ready-to-eat plant is food far less expensive than most meats and fish.
Life cannot be sustained without adequate nourishment and food of different forms is consumed to fulfil the need. Consumers are much aware and expect better choices to be available. So, with the changing life styles, there is an increased demand for higher value added product which are beneficial to health. People, who want to boost energy, lose fat and gain lean muscles may turn to protein powders. Taking Protein in the morning is a healthy way to start the day, so using a protein powder with breakfast can keep you feeling fuller and more energetic throughout the day. Healthy eating is important for everyone, especially children, to ensure that they receive all the nutrients they need to grow and develop. Snacking has become a way of life for all age groups but with healthy portion and healthy food choices, snacking can enhance, rather than hurt our health. Healthy snacks can add fibre and nutrients to our diet and can give the energy especially to the children to keep them full of life and active through the day. Just take an example of most relishing snack, especially of monsoon- Pakora, which are a favourite tea- time snacks. Snacks include variety of preparations that can be served at mid-morning, late afternoon or in the evening time. If well planned and balanced with nutritious food materials they can be a source of valuable nutrients and not just empty calories.
Given their way, children would love to grow up on a diet of bread, biscuits and junk food which are often addictive and unhealthy. At such times, the challenge for a mother is, how to package healthy and nutritious foods, which kids often tend to avoid, in a sumptuous and tempting way that makes them ask, for more and more. The right or the best time to provide healthy snacks is after school for the children, in the evening after office work, when one is hungry and body demands energy and nutrition. Snack like cheela, puda or pudla, also referred as vegetarian omelette in some parts of India , is a traditional Indian breakfast and evening snack item which is quite easy to prepare. Various plant foods can be used to prepare healthy snacks which would provide health benefits with nutrients present in them and would be relished by all age groups. Various pulses can be used like chana dal powder; toor dal powder is a good source of cholesterol, lowering fibre which also prevents blood sugar levels from rising too rapidly after meal, making these an especially good choice for individuals with diabetes, insulin resistance or hyperglycaemia.
Among the legume family the three most used are toor dal, chana dal and moong which are a good source of protein and fiber. Dal is versatile ingredients that offers a panorama of textures and flavor. Chana dal also referred to as gram lentils, this yellow dal with a strong nutty taste stands up well with longer cooking as well as base to make flour (also known as besan or gram flour). Toor dal is pale yellow lentils with an oily or non-oily surface. They are quick to cook and soft in texture. It forms a good combination with chana dal in order to make protein powder. Moong sprouts probably contain the largest amount of nutrients per unit of any food known. Enzymes that initiates and control most chemical reactions in our body are activated in the sprouting process. This helps convert protein into amino-acids, starch into glucose and increase the value of vitamins. So combinations of these three legumes are highly nutritious. Several herbs available in Indian garden are fruitful in both the terms of health and body. Herbs are medicinal plant having distinct odours and taste are used in the preparations of herbal and nutritious food products. Mint is one of the most simple to use of the natural herbs, and has a lot of medicinal uses, besides just tasting good. Coriander is a herb that is widely used in recipes, to give appetizing aroma to all dishes. Apart from giving a distinctive aroma to food, it also adds to health benefits, mainly because of its high nutritional value. Curry leaves are an essential part of Indian cuisines. It is widely used in south India . Curry leaves are mostly used as a natural flavouring substance. Infact these leaves give all the dishes a distinct taste and aroma. Onion has been used as an ingredient in various dishes for thousand of years by many cultures around the world. Coconut is also one of the nutritious ingredients that are used in healthy food. It is considered as a good source of energy and is used to improve physical performance. It also promotes weight loss by increasing the metabolic rate. Ginger has been renowned for its use in cooking and for its aromatic smell, but there are also many health benefits of ginger such as curing nausea and helping with digestion. Ginger is a natural spice and is known world wide for its smell and pungent taste. Ginger does not interact with any other nutrients or drugs in the body. Ginger in all forms is safe to take. Salt is essential to human life and the functioning of the human body. Black pepper is a hot, pungent spice. It is one of the earliest known and probably most widely used spices in the world today. By utilizing the nutritional and medicinal benefits of above listed food materials a new food product “Prorelisher, A Multipurpose Snacks Base” was developed.

Curiosity killed a cat......
Curiosity killed a cat is a proverb used to warn against being too curious lest one come to harm. Curiosity killed the cat recalls a story in which "the cat" was killed because he was too curious and followed "curiosity" too far.Cats are curious animals that like to investigate, but their curiosity can take them places where they might get hurt.Cats are notoriously curious animals. They enjoy peering into every nook and cranny and exploring. Much of this dates back thousands of years when they would search for safe places to make a 'den'. The instinct is still with them to this day. Naturally they could explore something that is dangerous, such as a live electric cable, that could kill them. Traditionally cats have nine lives and as they get into many scrapes that could kill them and escape it is an understandable mis-conception. However cats do get killed through their curiosity, many get locked in garden sheds or garages when exploring and die of starvation so in those cases curiosity really did kill the cat. The antithesis is 'but satisfaction brought it back.' I suppose if an exploring cat found what it was looking for and satisfied it's curiosity it would then retreat from the danger and not lose it's life.

Facemash to facebook......
Facebook is a social network service and website launched in February 2004. Facebook has more than 500 million active users. Users may create a personal profile, add other users as friends and exchange messages, including automatic notifications when they update their profile. Face book allows anyone who declares themselves to be at least 13 years old to become a registered user of the website. Face book was founded by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates and fellow computer science students Eduardo Saverin, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes. The website's membership was initially limited by the founders to Harvard students, but was expanded to other colleges in the Boston area, the Ivy League, and Stanford University. It gradually added support for students at various other universities before opening to high school students, and, finally, to anyone aged 13 and over.
Mark Zuckerberg wrote Face mash, the predecessor to Face book, on October 28, 2003, while attending Harvard as a sophomore. The site represented a Harvard University version of Hot or Not, according to the Harvard Crimson. According to The Harvard Crimson, Face mash "used photos compiled from the online face books of nine Houses, placing two next to each other at a time and asking users to choose the 'hotter' person".
Jst watch it
He didn't have much choice but to sell. It was summer 2006, a little more than two years after Mark Zuckerberg had created Face book in his Harvard dorm room as a way for him and his friends to better connect with schoolmates. In the intervening years, he'd raised $37.7 million from venture capitalists and transformed his modest Web site into a certified social phenomenon. College kids across the nation clamoured for access, which Zuckerberg doled out, school by school. By mid-2006, about 7 million users, most of them college students, had a Face book account.
The origins of Face book have been in dispute since the very week a 19-year-old Mark Zuckerberg launched the site as a Harvard sophomore on February 4, 2004.
Then called "thefacebook.com," the site was an instant hit. Now, six years later, the site has become one of the biggest web sites in the world, visited by 400 million people a month.
The controversy surrounding Face book began quickly. A week after he launched the site in 2004, Mark was accused by three Harvard seniors of having stolen the idea from them.
This allegation soon bloomed into a full-fledged lawsuit, as a competing company founded by the Harvard seniors sued Mark and Face book for theft and fraud, starting a legal odyssey that continues to this day.

THREE MAGICAL WORDZZZZZ
Love….life….laughter
One letter 3 magical wordzzzzz
Suddenly came into mah life
Life…One word frees us of all the weight and pain of life: that word is love.
Love…We were given: Two hands to hold. Two legs to walk. Two eyes to see. Two ears to listen. But why only one heart? Because the other was given to someone else. For us to find.

Most individuals stand in the way of reaching their potential. As a noun, the word ‘potential’ means something that is capable of being but is not yet in existence. So if you ask an acorn seed what its potential is, its answer would likely be “I have the potential of becoming a mighty oak tree”. Likewise, a bud on a rose plant may say, “I have the potential of becoming a beautiful and fragrant rose flower.”
The acorn seed and the rose bud already contain within them all that is required for them to realise their individual potential—that’s a guarantee. And what’s also guaranteed is that neither can become something else, even if they want to. So the acorn seed can’t grow up to become a mango tree, however hard it tries. The rose bud cannot bloom into a lily, even if it works diligently towards it.
You and I too have built-in potential to be as great as possible. But I can’t be great in the same way as you. And you can’t be great in the way I can be. Most of us miss this rather simple truth. This is most evident in the case of raising children.
Somehow parents fail to see that each child is different, with a built-in potential unique to him or her. One child has the potential to be a painter, another has the makings of a dancer, yet another has the competence to be a scientist… the possibilities are unlimited.
Yet, parents find it difficult to let their children simply be and instead keep trying to make them into something that they feel is right for the child—not without disastrous results, of course. For example, a potential painter who ends up studying medicine winds up being neither a good painter nor a good doctor—he becomes a potential nervous wreck.
It’s not just parents who display such behaviour. More often, individuals themselves miss their potential in the longing to become something they are not, because that’s the ‘in thing’ or because there’s more money, more power or more fame there. Seldom do they ask if that’s what will help them reach their highest potential.
Nature teaches us that left to its own, every acorn seed will become an oak tree, and every rose bud will become a rose flower—provided it is nourished and its process of reaching its potential is not hampered.
Left to your own, and provided you stop interfering in the process, you too will reach your magnificent potential—it’s in your nature. All you need is to get out of your way.
